Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The prices for each tour are listed in the\nannual brochure and also by date on the Calendar page on this website. However,\nCheval Voyages reserves the right to change or amend pricing information at any\ntime in order to accommodate unforeseen transportation and\/or other costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price for each tour includes for one\nperson: 6 Days horseback riding, 7 nights\u2019 accommodations (double occupancy,\nadditional supplement for solo\/single room) in various guesthouses along the\ntrail. All meals from evening of Day 1 to morning of\nDay 7 are included, however, additional drinks, alcohol, snacks,\ncultural visits, wine tastings, or any other activities or transportation are\nnot included. Guests will be collected from the appropriate train station on\nthe late afternoon of Day 1 and returned to the train station on the morning of\nDay 7 after breakfast. The location of the train stations are determined by the\nstarting and ending points of the chosen tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A minimum of eight (8) guests are required\nfor all tours, however, smaller groups may be arranged and the total price or price per person will be determined\nbased on the number of guests participating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tips are not included in the tour price.\nTips are not expected in restaurants, but other services and the tour employees\ndo appreciate acknowledgement of their good services by tipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A  minimum 300 euros deposit of the total price for the tour is required upon registration in order to reserve your spot. Fees may be paid via bank wire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Single Supplement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to have a\nprivate room (one person), a supplement charge will be applied. The amount\nvaries depending on the tour chosen, so please contact us to ask about the fee\nfor the tour you are interested in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riders must be a\nminimum of sixteen (16) years of age. For unaccompanied minors (under age 18) a\nParental Consent Form is required to be submitted with the registration form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

French law does not\nrequire adults to wear helmets. Riding helmets are required for minors (under\nage 18). All riders are advised to wear a certified riding helmet, particularly\nbeginners. However, anyone of the age 18 or more, is free to choose to wear a\nhelmet or not. You are hereby advised that riding is a risky sport and risk of\nhead injury is possible. Each rider is responsible for assuming this risk of\nhis own accord. Cheval Voyages does not provide helmets or other riding gear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insurances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cheval Voyages is\ninsured by Cabinet Pezant, a third party riding school, liability insurance\nprovider, which covers the business operations of the tour riding company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal medical\ninsurance is compulsory. You may purchase insurance through the company listed\non the registration form. If you do not purchase through this offering, you are\nrequired to provide evidence of personal medical insurance and you will be\nrequired to sign a Release Form for Cheval Voyages. Trip Cancellation insurance\nis also strongly recommended. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

-By You<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the event you cancel your reservation, a\nrefund of any monies paid will be based on the schedule below. You must notify\nCheval Voyages of your cancellation in writing via email or letter. You are advised to inform us of your cancellation immediately.\nAny un warranted delay in notification may result in loss of refund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you cancel 60 days prior to the\ndeparture of your tour, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Between 60 and 21 days prior:  30% of the tour fee is retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Between 20 and 2 days prior:    65% of the tour fee is retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No show:                                     100% of the tour fee is\nretained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a guest interrupts or terminates his\/her\nparticipation of the tour for any reason other than medical, there is no\nrefund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-By Us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If Cheval Voyages cancels a tour departure\nfor any reason whatsoever, the guest(s) will receive 100% refund of tour fees. Cheval\nVoyage is not responsible for any other compensation for travel or other\nexpenses incurred by the guest(s). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the minimum\nnumber of participants registered for the tour falls below the minimum\nrequired, the tour can be cancelled. However, the tour may be reinstated if the\nremaining participants agree to pay an adjusted tour price and you are informed\nabout the change no less than 21 days prior to departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheval Voyages is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or the necessity of restricting riding or other activities due to adverse weather conditions. No refunds will be made due to such conditions. Cheval Voyages will make every effort to offer an alternative to cancellation, such as: different routes or locations, alternative activities, or alternative dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
